I would like to thank Michelle Fontaine from FB Smarty for designing my mini website on my facebook business page at www.facebook.com/gedpreparatio Being a Facebook "newbie" and new Admin for my company, I appreciated Michelle's step-by-step approach to Facebook for Business. I had already taken a couple of fast-paced online Webinars that left me overwhelmed with information too advanced to be of use to me. With no background in graphics or programming, I had - and still have - a lot of catching up to do, but that is made easier with the downloadable class materials, including video and audio transcripts made available to students after the course is completed. Add to that Michelle's willingness to offer advice and maintain a dialogue with class "alumnae/i" in our private FB Group, and it's clear that Michelle wants each of us to succeed.
